Getting about a 25% success rate now using the rarest decryptor, anyone else have findings to tell?

Originally by: Black Atom Well the patch said they were now working as intended, some of them reduce your chances of success for other benefits like increased runs.

You can click on the gallente ones on the left hand side, theres only 1-2 of them that actually increase your chances while others decrease.
Jobs were done using Stolen Formulas.

Alright whats your skill level at for gallente encryption methods? Are you inventing ships? Did you use a named item to help with the invention? Need more info :P
Yes ships, encryption methods level 5, starship engineering and mechanical engineering level 5, yes i used a t1 ship for every job.

Reguardless of what it is, the fact remains the success chance seems to be about 25% and you can't get better than that, does anyone else have any results?

Edited by: Little Girly on 22/03/2007 02:07:19 Were you using max run bpcs? How many jobs did you do to get those fails and which decyptors were you using? I'm only getting 25% success rate and that's using the highest success rate decryptor.
I'm also hearing some information from some people that they used 1 run ship bpc's with stolen formulas and it resulted in a 4 run T2 ship bpc. Previously this was impossible.
So, does the number of runs on the T1 bpc used effect the number of runs on the output T2 bpc?
